Dr Ken Chan Appointed Editor of International Journal on Public Administration and Policy

Dr Ken Chan Chung-kit from the Department of Early Childhood Education has been appointed as the Editor of the Public Administration and Policy: An Asia-Pacific Journal (PAP).

PAP is an esteemed international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that focuses on research related to public administration and management, particularly within the Asia-Pacific region. It is published by Emerald, a leading academic publisher known for its commitment to high-quality research dissemination. The journal is recognized as one of the most prestigious in its field.

Dr Chan, a registered social worker and Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association, has been involved with the journal since 2016, first as a board member and later as an Associate Editor. In his new role as Editor, Dr Chan will oversee the peer review process and strive to maintain the journal's reputation for publishing impactful and high-quality research in the years to come.
